Where We Came From

During our work with a U.S. government office, we gained extensive experience by collaborating closely with HR officers and senior leadership, as well as participating in occupational meetings and promotion panels. Drawing on this knowledge, we designed and implemented an HR system tailored to meet the specific needs of a global, multicultural foreign national workforce - while also adhering to the rigorous standards required by a government agency.

Meet the Leadership Team

John Robinson

John Robinson

Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman

As the founder and owner of Global Agility Limited, I bring nearly 37 years of experience working within a U.S. government agency. I began my career as a communications officer and progressed to the role of Senior Global IT Manager, where I was responsible for managing foreign national IT officers across the organisation.

Throughout my career, I collaborated closely with senior HR managers and U.S. corporate leadership, authoring the agency’s IT performance management documentation for its global foreign national IT workforce. I also co-designed and led the implementation of an HR application that saw widespread use across the agency. In addition, I delivered training and support on both the application and its associated processes to U.S. managers and local staff at headquarters and in bureaus around the world.

I have successfully led multiple operational projects as both a Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master, applying Agile Project Management principles to deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

Panitan Patrayunyong

Panitan Patrayunyong (Pin)

Co-Founder, & Director of Product Development

Pin, co-founder of Global Agility, spent five years working within a U.S. government agency, where he served as a senior application developer and systems architect. In this role, he led development teams on several mission-critical applications, providing architectural guidance and ensuring accountability for all deployed systems.

Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science and with over a decade of experience in the IT industry, Pin is a highly skilled developer and architect. He also possesses a strong understanding of HR processes and methodologies. As a certified Scrum Master, he is a passionate advocate for Agile best practices.

Apirada Knowlton

Apirada Knowlton

Co-Founder, Vice Chairman & Director of Technology


Apirada, co-founder of Global Agility, brings over 24 years of experience working within a U.S. government agency. In the later years of her tenure, she served as a Senior Global IT Manager, providing leadership in project management, resource allocation, and corporate occupational management.

Apirada successfully led technical and application projects from initial concept through to deployment. She was also responsible for the career development of IT specialists across the global foreign national workforce and directly supervised technical officers in the Asia region. Her expertise and leadership were further recognised through her selection to serve on the corporate occupational council and various promotion panels.

She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with formal qualifications in Agile Project Management.

Lindsey Kang

Lindsey Kang

Director of Human Resources

Prior to joining Global Agility, Lindsey worked as a senior budget analyst and global corporate HR resource within a U.S. Government agency for over 16 years. Covering the Asia region, she was responsible for building and leading high performing teams in Budget, HR and Contract Management and was a vital member of the corporate occupational council and promotion panels.  Prior to this Lindsey worked as an actuary at Samsung Life Insurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics.
