Where We Came From

During our time working for a US government office, we have gained a high degree of experience through working closely with HR officers and senior management and participated in occupational meetings and promotion panels. From knowledge gained we developed and deployed an HR system that specifically fulfilled the needs of a global, multi-cultural, foreign national workforce, meeting the stringent requirements demanded of a government agency.

Also, when it comes to staff appraisals, fairness, responsibility and accountability are of the utmost importance in ensuring users are empowered to further develop their skills and abilities, ultimately giving greater benefit to an organisation.

Meet the Leadership Team

John Robinson

Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman

Founder and owner of Global Agility Limited, I previously worked within a U.S. Government agency for nearly 37 years starting out as a communications officer eventually taking the role of senior global IT manager, managing IT foreign national officers across the organisation.

I worked closely with senior HR managers and U.S corporate managers and wrote the agency’s IT performance management documents for the global foreign national IT occupation. I orchestrated and co-designed a HR application that was extensively used across the agency’s workforce. I provided training and guidance on the application and processes to both U.S managers and local staff at the agency’s headquarters and across the many bureaus around the globe. I also owned and managed several operational type projects utilising Agile Project Management as a Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master.

Panitan Patrayunyong (Pin)

Co-Founder, & Director of Product Development

Co-founder of Global Agility, Pin previously worked within a U.S. Government agency for 5 years. During that time, Pin served as a senior application developer and systems architect. He led the development team on several critical applications and provided architectural oversight and accountability of these deployed applications.

A Master of Computer Science (MSC) and with over 10 years in the IT industry, Pin is a highly skilled developer and architect, and, in addition, he has a great understanding of HR processes and methodologies. Pin is a certified Scrum Master and a great advocate of Agile best practices.

Apirada Knowlton

Co-Founder, Vice Chairman & Director of Technology

Co-founder of Global Agility, Apirada previously worked within a U.S. Government agency for over 24 years. During the latter years of working for the government agency, she served as a senior global IT manager, provided leadership in project management, resource management, and corporate occupational management.

Within the organization, Apirada led technical and application projects from creation through to deployment. She was also responsible for the career development of IT specialists across the global foreign national workforce and supervised technical officers within the Asia region. She was also selected to serve on the corporate occupational council and promotion panels.

She holds qualifications in Agile Project Management as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Lindsey Kang

Director of Human Resources

Prior to joining Global Agility, Lindsey worked as a senior budget analyst and global corporate HR resource within a U.S. Government agency for over 16 years. Covering the Asia region, she was responsible for building and leading high performing teams in Budget, HR and Contract Management and was a vital member of the corporate occupational council and promotion panels. Prior to this Lindsey worked as an actuary at Samsung Life Insurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics.
